    Firmbase provides a platform for exploring, segmenting, and prioritising UK companies using structured company data. Our services include access to company information, market analysis tools, and related features as described on our website.

    All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Firmbase OÜ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firmbase OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

    Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Firmbase OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
