Migration pressure is likely to come from ageing websites, fragmented job-board posting and the need to keep consent, terms and worker communications auditable. At the same time, many agencies remain owner-managed and cost-aware, so replacement cycles may be cautious. The market therefore looks more like gradual stack consolidation than a rush into wholesale platform change.
